Standardsprache
The standardsprache is that Varietaet a language, which is codified in grammars and dictionaries (see Standard-German). Primarily the writing language is codified; in addition, to the standardsprache discussion standards belong. A standardsprache is always a planned language (see ).
By modern standardsprache one understands a language, which does not only exhibit all criteria of a standardsprache, but also a so rich and differentiated vocabulary has that she can be used in the daily life for all aspects of the modern world. Usually modern standardsprachen have different "Register", as for instance an elevated literary style, a rather journalistic style, an informal as well as one or more specializedlinguistic styles. In addition there are not often still actually the standardsprache associated archaisierende language forms and as for instance scene and youth languages and different technical languages or specialized jargons, however often as source for enriching of the and to the adjustment of the standardsprache to new conditions are important.
