Thomas's left
Thomas's left ones (* 26. December 1969 in Sömmerda) is a German football player.
Link began his career with the BSG Robotron Sömmerda, before it changed to the fiber plastic red white Erfurt. The fiber plastic Schalke 04 discovered its Potenzial, whereupon it changed 1992 in the park stadium. Until 1998 it played for the Gelsenkirchener. Starting from the season 1998/1999 were link for Bavaria Munich actively. With Schalke it became 1997 UEFA Cup - winners and with Bavaria won he 2000 and 2003 the DFB cup. 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2003 he became German master. 2001 it won the championsleague final with Bavaria. Subsequently, one could secure oneself still the world cup.
Seit der Saison 2005/2006 spielt Thomas Linke für den österreichischen Bundesligisten Red Bull Salzburg.
In the national team it carried the leotard of the DFB from 1997 to 2004 43 times. 2002 it participated with the team in the soccer world championship in South Korea and Japan and became vice-world champion. During the tournament it obtained its only gate in the national leotard in the play against Saudi Arabia.

the probably only eleven-meters, which it took in its professional career, was also the most important. As if link with the fiber plastic Bavaria 2001 the champions League in the penalty shootout won, transformed it the last eleven-meter for the FCB.
