UN-war crimes tribunal
as a UN-war crimes tribunal (or UN-tribunal shortens) three different international criminal courts are designated:
- A Ad-hoc-criminal court with seat into the Hague (the Netherlands), furnished on resolution of the UN security council 1993, responsibly for the pursuit of heavy crimes during the Balkans conflict and/or. the Kosovo war since 1991, the international criminal court for former Yugoslavia (shortened: ICTY)
- A Ad-hoc-criminal court with seat in Arusha (Tanzania), furnished on resolution of the UN security council 1994, responsibly for the pursuit of the genocide in Rwanda of 1994, the international criminal court for Rwanda (shortened: ICTR)
- On basis of the Rome statute 2002 furnished, still in the structure international criminal court present and constant with seat into the Hague (the Netherlands), see yourself international criminal court (shortened: IStGH; ICC)
