Utica is a city in the Oneida County in the US Federal State New York with 60.651 inhabitants (census 2000). Utica is the administrative seat (county seat) of Oneida County and possesses among other things the Utica college.

Utica was created 1832 and designated after the antique city Utica in North Africa. Lately many Bosnian immigrants came to Utica.
