Those Comparative rent becomes from usual repaying (regulated in § 558 C BGB), in that Municipality or a comparable municipality for Dwelling comparable kind, Size, Equipment condition and situation in the last four years agreed upon or changed are, formed and in Rent standard represented. Here dwelling is not considered, with that the amount of rent through Law or in connection with a promotion promise specified is (social housing construction, Rent connection).
