Central administrative body
central administrative bodies are bodies of the public right in the German Lands of the Federal Republic Baden-Wuerttemberg (central administrative body agreed upon there), Bavaria, Saxonia, Saxonia-Anhalt and Thuringia. In addition, the term partly becomes for not area-dependent communities the common use of an administrative structure inthe public administration uses. (e.g. FH federation with the federal academy for public administration)
structure
central administrative bodies consist of several municipalities of the same district. They have their own political agency and a chairman or a head, thatdepending upon Land of the Federal Republic also to have knows the title mayor. To Baden-Wuerttemberg this task of the mayors of the “fulfilling municipality” transfers (thus no own mayor, see also the further remarks at the end of this article). In Thuringia there are both central administrative bodies andmunicipalities also fulfilling.
tasks
to the tasks of a central administrative body e.g. count. the list of Flächennutzungsplänen, sewage disposal, cash business or the cemetery and fire-brigade nature. In addition, it can do the working group further of primary schools, the maintenance of municipality connecting roads andTasks of the member municipalities take over and/or. such tasks can be transferred it, for example the tourism.
