Victor borrows
Victor borrows, actually to Børge rose tree (* 3. January 1909 in Copenhagen; † 23. December 2000 in Greenwich) was a Danish pianist and Komödiant.
Victor borrows in Copenhagen as a son of a musician was born. Itclassical piano training had and gave to 1926 its debut. In the 30's it was one of the most popular Danish pianists.
The seriousness of the classical concert enterprise did not please him however. It began therefore, its appearances around humoristic elements and Parodiento extend. Its jokes over Adolf Hitler did not meet with large approval at the Danish public, with the German Besatzern in the Second World War against it. Therefore borrow 1940 had into the USA to emigrate.
Its appearances did not lose their amusing note also here. Soonit arose in the radio , among other things with Bing Crosby. 1948 he became American citizen. At golden the Theatre in New York it had 1956 its one-man show Comedy in music , those of 1953 - one-man show longest specifiedat all. A quotation of the Komödianten at the piano read: “Smile is the shortest connection between humans”.
Victor does not only borrow played excellently piano, but arose also as a conductor , among other things with opera performances. It created several donations and received numerousPrices and honors.
To 23. December 2000 died Victor borrows at the age of 91 years in Connecticut in the sleep.
