Vomp

the municipality Vomp lain in the Unterinntal in Tirol has a surface of 182,61 km ². It is thereby surface-moderately the second largest municipality in the district Schwaz and the ninth-largest municipality in the Land of the Federal Republic Tirol. The municipality consists of the places Fiecht, Hinterriss, Vomp and Vomperdorf. Vomp lieson 563m sea-height. Vomp became 930 n. Chr. mentions for the first time documentary (“Fonapa”). To the 1000-Jahr-Feier in the year 1930 Vomp kept the municipality coat of arms lent from the animal oilers federal state government.
