Karl Gottfried William deaf ore (* 23. March 1811 in Berlin, † 7. January 1891 in Berlin) was a German composer.

The pupil of Ludwig Berger and Bernhard Klein became 1831 conductor of the citizens of Berlin of yard concerts and 1841 also director of music of the royal opera. From 1845 to 1869 it was yard kapellmeister (since 1849 together with Heinrich thorn), and starting from 1875 of chairmen of the section music of the royal academy of the arts, to which it belonged since 1834.
