.yu is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Yugoslavia. It was used for SFR Yugoslavia, passed on to FR Yugoslavia, and this country in turn was renamed Serbia and Montenegro. The domain is administered by the YUNET Association.
It is one of the few ccTLDs that does not correspond to a current ISO 3166-1 two-letter code, as the code YU was replaced by CS in July 2003 following the official change of the country's name in February 2003. The ccTLD .cs is reserved for the country, but it is not being used, with .yu still operating.
