The Frontier Science Research Conferences (FSRC), also known as the Stefan Frontier Conferences, were started in 1989 in La Jolla, California, USA by V. Alexander Stefan.

The FSRC is a division of Stefan University, and is also operationally and financially independent.

The FSRC conferences are organized through the various conference series :

  • Research Trends in Physics
  • Frontiers in Science and Technology
  • Frontiers in Interdisciplinary Physics, and others.

Presentation of research talks is by invitation only. Admission for PhD students is free.

The FSRC's ultimate goal is publication of submitted edited materials within various FSRC books published by Stefan University Press to be used, in addition to specialists in the field, by a broader scientific community.
