The phrase Parliamentarian can have different meanings based on its context:

- In English history a parliamentarian is a supporter of the Parliament, as opposed to the Royalists.

- In the National Forensics Leauge, a parliamentarian serves as a guide to maintain the rules, or parliamentary procedure, of a chamber of Student Congress, and also rates the performance of the Presiding Officer.
