Samyaza
Samyaza (also known as Shemyazaz, Semjaza, Shemyaza, Samyaza, and Shemhazai) is a fallen angel of Hebrew and Christians tradition that ranked in the heavenly hierarchy as one of the Grigori (meaning "Watchers" in Greek). His plan to thwart the Messiah's Coming by corrupting the seed of men is known mostly by passages in the Book of Enoch and in Genesis 6:4. The name 'Shemyazaz' means 'infamous rebellion', (the combination of 'shem' [meaning 'name' or 'fame' {whether positive or negative}] + 'azaz' [which means 'rebellion' or 'arrogance' as a negative particle]), which is fitting since he was originally the most powerful angel in heaven but then he sinned by rebelling against God.

Jewish and Christian views
Samyaza is most likely another name for Heilil Sheten, who was originally an entity created in the service of God; caretaker of God's throne, but later fell from the heavens because of his pride according to Isaiah 14:12-15 and Ezekiel 28:12-18. Jesus states that he saw Heilil fall from heaven like lightning in Luke 10:18. Shemhazai (meaning 'heaven-seizer') is alternately described as being suspended like a star between heaven and earth and being hurled to Sheol according to some Jewish traditions.
Sins of Samyaza and his associates
In the Book of Enoch he is portrayed as the leader of a band of rebel angels grigori that are consumed with lust for mortal women.
Then Semyaza, who was their leader, said to them "I fear that perhaps ye will not be willing to do this deed, and I alone shall suffer for this great sin. - Chapter 6, Verse 4."
These are the names of their leaders: Samyaza who was their leader, Arakiba (possibly a corrupt form of Araqiel), Kokabiel, Tamiel, Rameel (later called Azazel), Daniel, Ezeqeel (Chazaqiel), Buraqiyal (Baraqiel), Asael, Armaros, Batariel, [Bezaliel (also called Busesajal or Basasael)], Ananiel, Zaqiel, Samsapiel (most likely a corrupt form of Shamsiel), Satariel, Turiel, Yomyael (Yomiel), and Sariel. These are the names of the leaders of the 200 angels, and the others all were with them. - Chapter 6, Verse 7 and 8
Samyaza convinced several other Grigori to join them in fornicating with women as a result he and the other sinful Grigori begot giant offspring known as the Nephilim ('fallen ones' in Hebrew) that dominated and feasted upon humans during the days of Enoch. The Watchers' other sin was to teach humans various creative art especially Azazel's who taught the secrets of war brought down the wrath of God.
Their Nephilim offspring where led out by the angel Gabriel where the Nephilim turned on one another which caused a huge battle where they wiped themselves out.
"And God said to Gabriel: "Go against the batards and those cast off and against the watchers from among men; lead them out, and let them loose tht they may destroy each other by murder; for their days shall not be long." - Chapter 10, Verse 9-10
The final down fall of Samyaza and the 200 fallen angels is described in Chapter 10 verse 12-14 of the Book of Enoch.
When all their sons shall have slain one another, and they shall have seen the destruction of their beloved ones, bind them under hills of the earth for seventy generations, till the day of their judgement and of their end, till the last judgement has been passed for all eternity. And then he will burn, and be destroyed; they will be burned together from now on to the end of all generations.
After the destruction of the Nephilim god caused the Great Flood (Noahs flood) to wipe out the humans who had become corrupted. For more detail on the story the sins etc it is treated in greater detail on the page for the Book of Enoch. It is also worth noting that the Nephilim are mentioned in passing when talking about Noahs flood in the bible.
