According to it, there are correspondences between any thing, and these correspondences all are in one of the seven categories of correspondences or tables of correspondences installations by hermetists. That is entirely connected to the symbolic system: each planet answers a symbolic system (as at astrologers), what also holds a metal (as at alchemists), a plant (as at druids), etc. "scientists" of Rebirth having developed itmedical astrology also established a correspondence between the seven principal bodies of the body and seven planets of ancient astrology (the seven visible ones with the naked eye).
The doctrines of the correspondences were adopted by the theorists of Magic Western.
