Greyhound
greyhound is a dog which counts today thirteen races officially recognized by Canine central company.
All the races of greyhounds come from old gun dogs, particularly adapted to the race, with a morphology, called of type "graioïde", it is mean with-statement, frayed, with a narrow cranium and a long and pointed muzzle.
They are excellent dogs of company, very attached to their Master and distant towards the foreigners.

Specific needs
According to association "Greyhounds in distress":
- The greyhounds support the long absences badly. They should not only remain more than six hours of at a stretch.
- They need much exercise and must run each day at least 45 minutes and be spent to the maximum the weekend.
- They have a very strong instinct of hunting, and their Master must thus be particularly attentive with their education, and learn how to them to control himself, although they are very seldom aggressive. It are with the children of a great softness.
- Not having grease under the hair, the greyhounds are very sensitive to the cold, particularly those with close-cropped hair. For these dogs, the port of a coat is advised in winter to avoid the respiratory diseases.
